Executive Chef Greg Fenton understands that every dish that he and his kitchen staff prepares is done so with great attention to detail and consistency.
Chef Greg is committed to using local produce and other ingredients from local farms such as Wooden Nickel Farms in Edinboro, Pa., Jameson Farms in Clarion, Pa., Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance in Shelocta, Pa., Emerald Valley Farms in Scenery Hill, Pa., Uptown Coffee in Mt. Lebanon, Pa. He understands the importance of stimulating the local economy as well as the appeal of using local farms and businesses.
